The Role:We’re looking for a
self-driven and high-performing Business Development Director (Enterprise) to spearhead our growth in enterprise accounts. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of AI applied to skincare, driving strategic partnerships with global skincare brands, manufacturers, and clinical research organizations.
What You’ll Do:- Take ownership of HautAI’s enterprise sales strategy, driving new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build, nurture, and close relationships with key decision-makers in leading skincare and beauty companies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product capabilities with client needs.
- Negotiate and secure high-value contracts, ensuring smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Represent HautAI at industry events and conferences as a thought leader in AI-driven skincare solutions.
What We’re Looking For:- A self-starter with a proven track record in enterprise sales or business development (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Experience in beauty, skincare, or related industries is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Passionate about AI and eager to drive innovation in a fast-growing field.
- Results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, startup environment.
