We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong background in the skincare industry to lead our enterprise sales efforts and drive significant growth within skincare brands, retailers, pharmacy networks, and clinics.

Job Summary:
As Director of Business Development US, you will be responsible for developing and executing our enterprise sales strategy, targeting key accounts within the skincare industry. You will be a hunter, skilled at opening doors, building relationships, and closing complex deals. Your expertise in enterprise sales and deep understanding of the skincare market, gained through experience in retail, sales, or other relevant sectors, will be crucial in expanding our footprint and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Acquisition:
  • Identify and prioritize high-value target accounts within skincare brands, retailers, pharmacy networks, and clinics.
  • Leverage existing network and industry connections to gain access to key decision-makers.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Craft compelling value propositions that highlight the unique benefits of our AI-powered solutions for each specific client.
Enterprise Sales Pipeline Management:
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Accurately forecast sales revenue and achieve or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales development teams to generate leads and qualify prospects.
  • Effectively manage the sales cycle from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closing.
Customer-Centric Approach:
  • Deeply understand the needs and challenges of skincare industry clients, tailoring solutions to their specific pain points.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers based on trust, value, and exceptional service.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, expanding our presence within existing accounts.
Sales Team Leadership (Potential):
  • As the team grows, potentially lead, mentor, and develop a team of enterprise sales representatives.
  • Set clear sales targets and provide coaching to ensure team success.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of proven success in enterprise sales or a relevant field with demonstrated success in building relationships and closing deals. A strong background in the skincare industry, gained through retail, sales, or other relevant experience, is required.
  • Well-connected within the skincare industry, with established relationships that can be leveraged to open doors and accelerate sales cycles.
  • A self-starter with a strong drive to prospect, qualify, and close deals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with C-level executives.
  • Deep understanding of the needs and challenges of enterprise clients in the skincare industry, with the ability to translate our technology into tailored solutions.
  • Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
