About the product:
Haut.AI is an innovative SaaS product that automates the collection of high-quality skin data. We help skincare brands provide skin testing and build interactive product recommendations on e-commerce platforms and in physical locations.
Currently, we are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Representative for our Tallinn office.
Proactively identify and engage potential clients to introduce Haut.AI's solutions.
Utilize resources such as Google Maps and phone books to discover potential leads and gather relevant contact information.
Initiate cold calls to potential clients, explaining the value proposition and benefits of our AI SaaS platform.
Attend meetings within client communities to understand their needs, gather feedback, and position Haut.AI as the go-to solution.
Employ effective sales strategies to convert leads into confirmed clients.
Facilitate the contract signing process, ensuring that all agreements are clearly understood by all parties.
Log all signed contracts accurately and maintain a robust and up-to-date database of client details and contract statuses.
Organize and conduct in-person meetings with potential and existing clients.
Bring creativity to the sales process, continuously seeking new strategies, pitches, or presentation techniques.
Regularly provide the product team with feedback on client perceptions of our product, as well as their suggestions and desired features, ensuring that our solutions remain relevant and client-centric.
1-2 years of experience as a sales representative
Must possess a fearless attitude towards cold calls and be comfortable approaching potential clients proactively.
Ability to work collaboratively with both the customer success team and the product team.
Communication skills in English and Estonian
Preference for those familiar with tech or skincare industries.
Previous experience in a call centre or similar environment is highly valued.
