In this role, you will influence, shape, and execute products and solutions that will help businesses grow and customers better understand their skin. Collaborating with colleagues and customers, you will inspire novel experiences that can be lit up with technology.
The ideal candidate knows how to bring relevant design approaches into projects and drive the development of appealing, relevant, and responsible products or systems.
Responsibilities:
- Work through design problems from beginning to end, translating insights from research and analytics into concepts that form new products and features.
- Sketch and prototype ideas to quickly assess their viability and design high-quality interactions and visual details.
- Partner with product managers to define and evolve product roadmaps.
- Work closely with engineers as you build, iterate on, and ship high-quality implementation.
Qualifications:
- Our team is compact, so the roles require high autonomy. When needed, you should initiate collaboration with product management, engineering, and data science teams.
- Often, we are the first to introduce new products and innovations in our industry, so you will need to work creatively and flexibly within constraints to design these innovative solutions.
- Passion for the full-cycle product development process, from user research to UX, visual, and interaction design.
- Experience designing excellent software products in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to solve complex interaction design challenges and excellent visual design skills.
- Strong communication skills to help people across the company understand the rationale behind your proposals and the complex nuances of design problems.
