HautAI OÜ, registry code 14494738, location Tallinn, Estonia, Tallinn ("we," "our," or "us) operates Skin SaaS platform that allows analysing skincare and skin health-related data using computer vision and machine learning algorithms.

This privacy notice describes the principles of processing the personal data if you use the contact form on our website or apply for a position with us.

What personal information we process

We collect your name, e-mail address, and submitted question or description. We ask you not to include any excessive personal information through the contact form.

We ask for your name, e-mail, and CV when you send a job application to us.

The lawful basis we rely on for processing the personal data is the performance of the contract.

For what purpose we process the personal information

We will use the contact information and text submission provided in the contact form to enable us to respond to your queries.

During the recruitment process, we review your CV you have provided to select possible candidates. We will use your contact information to get in touch with you.

We analyse the user experience, but we do not profile users individually. We use only depersonalised data for profiling and analytics. For example, we process the location data on a country level, but we never locate your address. We also measure on our website the user experience, but we do not record your browser sessions.

We will keep your personal information confidential, access to your personal data is granted only to our affiliates for providing you with the technical services. We have concluded Data Processing Agreements with all companies who are providing us services to develop, maintain and support.

Data retention

Typically, we store users' personal data for one year after you make a query through our website. In the event of a dispute, the personal data will be retained until an agreement is reached or until the due date for the claim expires.

We have the right to retain job applicants' personal data for up to one year after filling the corresponding job position.

Your rights

You have a right to request the rectification, access, and, if necessary, object to the processing of personal data. You also have a right to receive personal data in machine-readable form to transfer such data to another data processor.

You have the right to ask us to delete your personal data; however, we delete your personal data after the end of the data retention period.

In case of a request, application or complaint concerning the processing of personal data, please contact us. We will respond to your requests within 30 days.

You have the right to appeal to your local Data Protection Inspectorate or Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
