Start working with Haut.AI team
- Work through design problems from beginning to end, translating insights from research and analytics into concepts that form new products and features.
- Sketch and prototype ideas to quickly assess their viability and design high-quality interactions and visual details.
- Partner with product managers to define and evolve product roadmaps.
- Work closely with engineers as you build, iterate on, and ship high-quality implementation.
- Strategic B2B Marketing: Develop and lead multi-channel strategies to grow Haut.AI’s footprint with skincare brands globally.
- Lead Generation & Campaigns: Run targeted digital campaigns, partnerships, and content strategies to generate high-quality B2B leads.
- Content & Brand Messaging: Create compelling messaging that showcases the value of Haut.AI’s AI capabilities in skincare.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and sales to align marketing with product developments and client needs.
- Design and build scalable and high-performance API applications;
- Writing reliable, scalable, testable, readable, and documented code
- Communicate closely with Product and DS teams;
- Experience with API and Web Apps built using Spring (Boot, MVC, JPA, Security)
- Strong experience with Java and software engineering experience
- Experience with queues or message brokers
- Experience with testing frameworks and libraries: JUnit, Mockito.
- Collaborate with developers and with designer to deliver high-quality experiences that lead to desired outcomes
- Supporting tasks throughout whole lifecycle, from analysis to deployment
- Formalising product feature requirements and specifications in JIRA tickets
- Competitor research
- Conducting customer interviews (NPS, PMF)
- Coordination of the SaaS roadmap: managing, adjusting and approving any change
- Create engaging content for our social media channels; plan and schedule posts to maintain a consistent online presence.
- Design marketing visuals, ensuring alignment with our brand aesthetics.
- Help operationalize our digital marketing efforts by supporting paid campaigns and SEO optimization.
- Work closely with the marketing specialist to research insights and develop plans to increase conversion, lead generation and shorten sales cycles.
- Assist in organizing and promoting conferences and other events we attend.
