  • Respond promptly to technical support tickets, providing clear and accurate solutions to client inquiries, using public and internal knowledge bases, and performing a necessary analysis of clients' actions and account settings.
  • Correctly identify the urgency and emergency of reported issues and timely escalate complex issues to the Development Team by providing detailed context from clients and reporting incidents in JIRA.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Sales teams, ensuring knowledge sharing about clients' inquiries and sentiments and handing off business-related requests to colleagues.
  • Develop and maintain the product codebase, including refactoring, debugging, and creating necessary documentation.
  • Identify and eliminate technical obstacles while defining and evolving the product’s technology strategy.
  • Collaborate with product owners and project managers to align on and deliver the product vision.
  • Participate in hiring processes by interviewing candidates.
  • Select the appropriate technology stack, components, solutions, and architecture to meet product and project requirements.
  • Work through design problems from beginning to end, translating insights from research and analytics into concepts that form new products and features.
  • Sketch and prototype ideas to quickly assess their viability and design high-quality interactions and visual details.
  • Partner with product managers to define and evolve product roadmaps.
  • Work closely with engineers as you build, iterate on, and ship high-quality implementation
  • Strategic B2B Marketing: Develop and lead multi-channel strategies to grow Haut.AI’s footprint with skincare brands globally.
  • Lead Generation & Campaigns: Run targeted digital campaigns, partnerships, and content strategies to generate high-quality B2B leads.
  • Content & Brand Messaging: Create compelling messaging that showcases the value of Haut.AI’s AI capabilities in skincare.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and sales to align marketing with product developments and client needs.
  • Actively engage in sales calls, pitching our cutting-edge AI solutions to potential clients in the skincare industry.
  • Drive the entire sales process with a keen focus on closing deals and achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring high conversion rates and repeat business.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with a natural flair for persuasive and effective pitching.

  • Supporting tasks throughout whole lifecycle, from analysis to deployment
  • Formalising product feature requirements and specifications in JIRA tickets

  • Conducting customer interviews (NPS, PMF)
  • Coordination of the SaaS roadmap: managing, adjusting and approving any change
  • Create engaging content for our social media channels; plan and schedule posts to maintain a consistent online presence.
  • Design marketing visuals, ensuring alignment with our brand aesthetics.
  • Help operationalize our digital marketing efforts by supporting paid campaigns and SEO optimization.
  • Work closely with the marketing specialist to research insights and develop plans to increase conversion, lead generation and shorten sales cycles.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting conferences and other events we attend.
