  • Respond promptly to technical support tickets, providing clear and accurate solutions to client inquiries, using public and internal knowledge bases, and performing a necessary analysis of clients' actions and account settings.
  • Correctly identify the urgency and emergency of reported issues and timely escalate complex issues to the Development Team by providing detailed context from clients and reporting incidents in JIRA.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Sales teams, ensuring knowledge sharing about clients' inquiries and sentiments and handing off business-related requests to colleagues.
  • Take ownership of HautAI’s enterprise sales strategy, driving new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build, nurture, and close relationships with key decision-makers in leading skincare and beauty companies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product capabilities with client needs.
  • Negotiate and secure high-value contracts, ensuring smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Represent HautAI at industry events and conferences as a thought leader in AI-driven skincare solutions.
  • Identify and build relationships with B2B influencers, including dermatologists, skincare scientists, and beauty tech leaders.
  • Develop influencer campaigns that highlight HautAI’s innovations in skincare AI.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create targeted, high-impact content.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for engagement and ROI.
  • Represent HautAI in influencer-led webinars, panels, and digital events.
  • Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, Plotly)
  • Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL)
  • Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics
  • 2+ years of industry experience in data analytics
  • Familiarity with Gradio or Streamlit
  • Familiarity with data visualization approaches
  • Advanced English language proficiency
  • Develop and maintain the product codebase, including refactoring, debugging, and creating necessary documentation.
  • Identify and eliminate technical obstacles while defining and evolving the product’s technology strategy.
  • Collaborate with product owners and project managers to align on and deliver the product vision.
  • Participate in hiring processes by interviewing candidates.
  • Select the appropriate technology stack, components, solutions, and architecture to meet product and project requirements.

  • Partner with product managers to define and evolve product roadmaps.

  • Coordination of the SaaS roadmap: managing, adjusting and approving any change
  • Create engaging content for our social media channels; plan and schedule posts to maintain a consistent online presence.
  • Design marketing visuals, ensuring alignment with our brand aesthetics.
  • Help operationalize our digital marketing efforts by supporting paid campaigns and SEO optimization.
  • Work closely with the marketing specialist to research insights and develop plans to increase conversion, lead generation and shorten sales cycles.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting conferences and other events we attend.
